Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at Lifestyle Travel Trading.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
For EU customers, a 14‑day cooling‑off period also applies (see Section 8).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To streamline the process, all returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal.

- Enter your details: Provide your order number and email address.
- Select your item: Choose the product you wish to return.
- Choose a reason: Size issue, defect, change of mind, etc.
- Wait for approval: We review all requests within 24 hours.
- Receive your label: Once approved, we will email your Return Shipping Label and instructions.
Please do not send items back to the sender address on the package. Returns must be routed to the correct warehouse to ensure proper processing.
4. Sizing & Fit Issues
If your item doesn’t fit, we are happy to accept it back for a refund or store credit so you can reorder the correct size.
Select “Size/Fit” as your return reason so we can continue improving our sizing guidance.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately or submit a return request with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please:
- Submit a return request for the original item.
- Once approved and refunded (or store credit issued), place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
8. European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must still meet the standard eligibility requirements (unused, original packaging, tags attached).
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
If your refund is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us if needed.
