Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

In rare cases, certain destinations may not support tracked shipping due to carrier limitations or excessive costs. When this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page.


Multiple‑Item Orders

If your order contains more than one product, items may be shipped separately from different suppliers. This means:

  • Items may arrive at different times

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number

  • You will receive separate tracking emails for each package


Estimated Shipping Times

Standard Shipping

Typical delivery times range from 12–34 days, depending on your location and the supplier. In some cases, delivery may take up to 45 days. Where longer delivery times apply to specific countries, this will be noted on the product page.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Estimated delivery: 3–7 days after processing. Not all products or suppliers offer express shipping.

You may add notes at checkout if you need guidance on delivery times, and we will respond with available options.

Important Note

Global events such as the COVID‑19 pandemic may cause unexpected delays.


Shipping Rates

Because we work with multiple suppliers worldwide, shipping rates vary by product and destination.

  • Standard and express rates (where available) are calculated at checkout.

  • If your cart contains multiple items with different shipping options, the checkout will only display the options available for all items combined.

  • If one item does not support express shipping, the entire cart will default to standard shipping.

    • To use express shipping for eligible items, you must purchase them in separate transactions.

Occasionally, we offer free standard tracked shipping on selected products, collections, or promotional campaigns.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

UK & Ireland

  • Many items are not available for Jersey & Guernsey

Europe

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

  • Express shipping: calculated at checkout (where available)

  • Some products cannot be shipped to certain EU countries due to high carrier costs.

    • These include: Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

EFTA Countries

(Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout

  • Express shipping: calculated at checkout (where available)

  • Many products cannot be shipped to these countries due to excessive shipping charges.

Other Countries

We currently do not ship to countries outside the regions listed above unless a product is specifically marked as available worldwide.

Taxes & Customs Charges

Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking & Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au with your name and order number so we can investigate.
