2. Adding Custom Notes
Below the product you will see Add Instructions for your Order
Click the box and add what you want engraved. Be clear.
NOTE: If you have ordered more than one then advise what you want on each one. There will only be one Add Instructions for your Order for the complete order. You may have different colour and size choices.
If you are not sure - Just add notes to email you for the customisation details.

All orders are normally processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All products purchased through Lifestyle Travel Trading will be shipped with tracking so you will also receive an email with tracking details so you can follow and stay up to date with where your order is.
Very rarely due to shipping costs it may not be possible to provide tracked shipping on an item to a particular country. Where this is not possible we will indicate this in the shipping details on the partocular product description.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, exchange or return. (conditions apply*). If you are registered and have an account you can process your return request through your dedicated account page, when signing into your account on the home page.
To be eligible for a return (*applicable to certain high value items at discretion of Lifestyle Travel Trading), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
On most goods* instead of returning items, you can email sales@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au for a full refund or store credit. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full or a store credit* (*subject to above return conditions). Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two to five days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Lifestyle Travel Trading has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. Currently product shipping is taking longer due to Covid-19 so please check product for the estimated shipping times.
Is there an express shipping option?
Not all products have an express shipping option. This is because we use various suppliers for our merchandise fulfilment. If an express shipping option is available then an option to add this will be shown on the check-out page. If you want to receive your order early, then add a note in the check out area and we can get back to you if this is possible and the cost for this.
What's your return policy?
On the vast majority of items* instead of returning them, first contact us. Why? Depending on the value of the item returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. *Certain high value items will be required to be returned. We will advise when you contact us if you will need to return your item or if we will just process a return as above.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it. *see above in relation to high value items – which may need to be returned.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
Do you have a rewards scheme?
Yes, Lifestyle Travel Trading has a rewards scheme that is free to join and offers lots of benefits. If you wish to join just click the Rewards icon at the bottom right of our pages. You will have an option to sign in if you are already a member or join by clicking 'start earning now'.
