We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, exchange or return. (conditions apply*). If you are registered and have an account you can process your return request through your dedicated account page, when signing into your account on the home page.
To be eligible for a return (*applicable to certain high value items at discretion of Lifestyle Travel Trading), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each product at Lifestyle Travel Trading has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. Currently product shipping is taking longer due to Covid-19 so please check product for the estimated shipping times.
Is there an express shipping option?
Not all products have an express shipping option. This is because we use various suppliers for our merchandise fulfilment. If an express shipping option is available then an option to add this will be shown on the check-out page. If you want to receive your order early, then add a note in the check out area and we can get back to you if this is possible and the cost for this.
What's your return policy?
On the vast majority of items* instead of returning them, first contact us. Why? Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.
