Not all products have an express shipping option. This is because we use various suppliers for our merchandise fulfilment. If an express shipping option is available then an option to add this will be shown on the check-out page. If you want to receive your order early, then add a note in the check out area and we can get back to you if this is possible and the cost for this.

On the vast majority of items* instead of returning them, first contact us. Why? Depending on the value of the item returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
