Printed and Made-to-Order Goods

This information applies to products described as printed-on-demand, customised, personalised or made to order.

Production and delivery

These products are created after an order is placed and may require additional production time before dispatch. Where available, the applicable production or delivery estimate is shown on the exact product page. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

A product may be made or dispatched from a fulfilment location different from other items in the order. Items may therefore arrive separately.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, a change or cancellation will normally not be possible, except where required by law.

Change-of-mind returns

Printed-on-demand, customised, personalised and made-to-order goods are excluded from Lifestyle Travel Trading’s voluntary change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

This exclusion does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed, or where applicable consumer law provides a non-excludable right or remedy. See our Refund, Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Shipping, tracking and customs

Available destinations, services and charges are confirmed at Shopify checkout. Tracking is supplied when available. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges as explained in our Taxes, Duties and Customs Information.
