Before ordering

Check the exact product page for its delivery estimate and any additional production time. Then enter the delivery address at Shopify checkout to confirm the available destination, service and charge for the products in the cart.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Customised, personalised, made-to-order and printed-on-demand products may require additional production time.

Delivery

Product delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. Products may be fulfilled from different locations, so items from one order may be sent and arrive separately.

Tracking

Dispatch and tracking details are emailed when tracking is available. Some services provide limited tracking or no end-to-end tracking, and tracking updates can take time to appear.

International deliveries
