How to Install (1–2 minutes)
- Extend the suitcase trolley handle.
- Slide the cover over the top, feeding the trolley through the opening.
- Pull the cover down to align the carry‑handle opening.
- Close the bottom zip.
- Fasten the buckle/latch for a secure finish.

General Shipping Information
Standard shipping times typically range from 12 to 35 days. Please be aware that certain countries may experience slightly longer delivery times:
- Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and the USA: up to 40 days
- Canada, Czech Republic, and Ireland: up to 45 days
Express shipping is generally not available for all products. However, if you require faster delivery, please add a note at checkout. A member of our team will then contact you to discuss available options, associated costs, and estimated delivery times.

Returns & Refunds Policy - What to Know
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, exchange or return. (conditions apply*). If you are registered and have an account you can process your return request through your dedicated account page, when signing into your account on the home page. ![]()
To be eligible for a return (*applicable to certain high value items at discretion of Lifestyle Travel Trading), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
On most goods* instead of returning items, you can email sales@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au for a full refund or store credit. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full or a store credit* (*subject to above return conditions). Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Store Credit vs Refund
Depending on the nature of the issue and the reason for the return/refund request a judgment will be made as to whether to offer a full refund or a store credit. You will also have the option to request a store credit if you prefer this to a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We also can not give refunds on printed clothing (unless damaged or defective) and accessories so please ensure you choose the size correctly.
Exchanges
Please email sales@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au within the 30-day policy so we can assess your exchange request. Just tell us the reason for the exchange and ensure you have a copy of the original receipt of proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once a decision has been made and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If a store credit is approved this will be added to your account so that you can use this against a future purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be given on customisable/printed products.
