How It Works
- Download the “iSearching” app (App Store/Google Play or scan the included QR code).
- Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, and pair the tracker.
- Attach the tracker to your keys, car fob, wallet, luggage or backpack.
- Use the app to:
- Ring the tag to locate nearby items
- Ring your phone (even if on silent in many cases)
- View last‑seen location on a map
- Receive disconnection alerts to help prevent loss

- Replace the CR2032 when alerts become infrequent or volume weakens.

Shipping & Delivery - How we send your order
Shipping Policy
All orders are normally processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All products purchased through Lifestyle Travel Trading will be shipped with tracking so you will also receive an email with tracking details so you can follow and stay up to date with where your order is.
Very rarely due to shipping costs it may not be possible to provide tracked shipping on an item to a particular country. Where this is not possible we will indicate this in the shipping details on the partocular product description.
Shipping on multi-products
If you place more than one product in your shopping cart for purchase, then these products may be shipped by different suppliers. In that respect, your shipping times maybe different and goods may arrive at different stages. You will receive tracking details for each item or items that come from different suppliers.
Shipping times
Standard shipping times are generally between 12 – 34 days. However, in some circumstances this can be up to 45 days. Where certain countries might have longer times, we will normally identify this on the product description page.
Express shipping is another option that can be selected at check out at an additional cost and is generally to be able to receive your products within 3 – 7 days after processing. Express shipping is not available on all products.
You can always add notes to your order on the check-out page, and we will respond to you with advice, shipping times and any other options available.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic shipping times maybe affected negatively.
Shipping Rates
Please note that many of our products are sourced through different suppliers in different countries. This is to enable us to give you the best product at the best price.
Not all suppliers offer express shipping. This will only be displayed on the check-out page if this is an option. If you have chosen two or more products in your cart, which both have standard and express shipping options, then you will be provided with both options at check out.
If, however, one of the products in your cart does not offer express shipping, then in the combined shopping cart you will only be given the option of standard shipping. In this scenario if you want express shipping, subject to availability on that product, you will need to select and pay separately for each product to proceed at check out.
If various shipping rates occur across more than one supplier then the combined total shipping costs will be shown at check out.
At certain times free shipping maybe offered on all products or on selected ranges, collections or as part of a promotional campaign. This will be standard shipping with tracking.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Returns & Refunds Policy - What to Know
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, exchange or return. (conditions apply*). If you are registered and have an account you can process your return request through your dedicated account page, when signing into your account on the home page. ![]()
To be eligible for a return (*applicable to certain high value items at discretion of Lifestyle Travel Trading), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
On most goods* instead of returning items, you can email sales@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au for a full refund or store credit. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full or a store credit* (*subject to above return conditions). Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Store Credit vs Refund
Depending on the nature of the issue and the reason for the return/refund request a judgment will be made as to whether to offer a full refund or a store credit. You will also have the option to request a store credit if you prefer this to a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We also can not give refunds on printed clothing (unless damaged or defective) and accessories so please ensure you choose the size correctly.
Exchanges
Please email sales@lifestyletraveltrading.com.au within the 30-day policy so we can assess your exchange request. Just tell us the reason for the exchange and ensure you have a copy of the original receipt of proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once a decision has been made and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If a store credit is approved this will be added to your account so that you can use this against a future purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be given on customisable/printed products.
